About Us

Mission

To provide a comprehensive support network for vulnerable families in the Valparaíso region, empowering them to improve their quality of life and achieve self-sufficiency.

Vision

We envision a future where vulnerable families are fully integrated into society, living in environments built on respect and personal growth.

The Reason Behind Our Mission

Poverty is not just about a lack of income. It is a complex issue that affects multiple aspects of people’s lives, limiting their opportunities and overall well-being.

In Chile, the government measures Multidimensional Poverty through the National Socioeconomic Characterization Survey (Casen), measuring five key dimensions: Education, Health, Employment and Social Security, Housing and Environment, and Social Networks and Cohesion.

Households experiencing multidimensional poverty are more likely to include:

  • Women-led households
  • Children and adolescents
  • Elders (60+)
  • Household heads who have not completed high school.
